(AOT) supplier management policy<\/h3>\n\t\t<span class=\"sta_content\"><p>AOT has always considered its suppliers as vital partners in its operations. In promoting corporate social responsibility, we involve the entire supply chain, emphasizing not only quality and delivery but also human rights, environmental protection, and occupational safety. We strive to strengthen suppliers&#8217; ESG (Environmental, social and governance) management, encompassing green initiatives, labor rights and ethics, health and safety, risk management, ethical standards, and the prohibition of conflict minerals. Together, we aim to build a sustainable supply chain.<br \/>\n<strong>\u2713Specific practices for supply chain management are controlled and guided by the following criteria:<\/strong><br \/>\nProcurement: Suppliers that pass the material evaluation must possess ISO9001 and ISO14001 environmental certifications and provide a quality assurance certificate and a consent form for testing restricted substances.<br \/>\nCertification: Quality verification is divided into QSA and QPA.<br \/>\n(1) A supplier is qualified if both scores are \u2265 80%.<br \/>\n(2) If either score is &lt; 80%, the supplier cannot supply until the deficiencies are rectified.<br \/>\nPerformance and Monitoring: To ensure stable quality and continuous improvement, monthly performance evaluations and annual audits (with the same content as the aforementioned certifications) are conducted.<br \/>\n<strong>\u2713Supplier Sustainability Assessment:<\/strong><br \/>\nOur company focuses on conducting sustainability index evaluations for raw material suppliers. In 2024, 100% of qualified suppliers&#8217; annual assessments complied with the supply chain management mechanism.<\/p>\n<\/span>\n\t<\/div>\n   <div class=\"sta_block block_1\">\n\t\t<h3 class=\"sta_title\">Supplier CSR risk management<\/h3>\n\t\t<span class=\"sta_content\"><p><span style=\"color: #303030;font-family: 'Calibri', 'Bitstream Charter', Times, serif;font-size: 18px;font-style: normal\">AOT is formulated in the procurement contract based on EICC version 5.1 (Supplier Corporate Social Responsibility Code of Conduct).<\/span><\/p>\n<p>The new supply chain needs to pass the supplier evaluation and sign before cooperation, and promise to comply with EICC requirements.
